This hotel is in a great location, close to the metro, railway station, and main street. It's really convenient for shopping in the mall and supermarket. The staff at the reception and restaurant are very nice and helpful. They provided breakfast and afternoon tea, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was clean and the bathroom facilities were in good condition. I especially enjoyed the view from my room.

One negative aspect is that the room was quite small, barely enough space to stand next to the bed. However, the helpful and friendly staff made up for this inconvenience.

The food was lovely in the restaurant and the staff were friendly and helpful. Most of them spoke good English. The accommodation was simple, but suited us well.

Breakfast was a bit basic and during the week they ran out of everything in rota. There is no kettle or tea making facility in the room which would have been nice.

Cleaning service was poor, had to complain; breakfast served in a cafe nearby as well. We booked a "Superior" room, this was perhaps the smallest I have seen in my life. There was no space to open a lage suitcase.

The hotel had a cozy Russian style and was very clean. The location was excellent, right in the center of the city, close to bus stations, restaurants, and coffee shops. The room was comfortable and the large bathroom was a bonus.

The issue with the air conditioning. Despite the room being hot, the staff refused to turn on the air conditioning, stating that it was not switched on until it gets hot in the summer.

The interior was so fancy, I felt like I was in Venice. Facilities included a lobby, a restaurant, and a car park. The hotel is in a historic building, like a castle straight out of a fairy tale.

Who needs an elevator to the 5th and 6th floor anyway? The long walk is such a great workout.

Good location. Hotel newly opened. Conditioning in the room worked well. Staff of the hotel was helpfull. Price/quality ratio ir very good.

Restaurant/breakfast room was under construction and simple breakfast was served in the rooms. However after our comments some improvements in breakfast quality has been made. Rooms to the street are noisy - general quality PVC windows has been used. No credit cards has been accepted.

This hotel just opened, so everything in rooms is brand new and in working order; it was great to have proper air conditioning in a unusually hot weather (+100F). Convenient location, one minute from Nevskiy prospect and 3 minutes from subway station, very reasonable rates compared to other hotels in the area. My room was facing the courtyard and it was very quiet. Free Wi-FI was fast and reliable. Staff and manager Natalya were very helpful and friendly. Great hotel overall!

The selection for free breakfast room service was somewhat limited, but there construction is underway for separate breakfast room. However there are many nice cafes around the hotel.

If you are looking for value for money then the small shortcomings become ignorable. Right next to the Nevsky Prospect, it has easy access to two metro stations, supermarkets, and is within 1 metro stop from the Hermitage. Newly renovated with a touch of Southern European style, the atomsphere is pleasant and the facility is adequate and clean. Staff speak adequate English and were helpful to order us a taxi at a normal price. You must take note that in St. Peterburg, the taxi drivers tend to rip you off by charging 4-5 times the normal rate. So it is essential to have your hotel receptionist on your side.

They forgot to clean the room on the second of our stay. The room is not large. Admittedly this is just about the size of value-for-money hotel rooms everywhere in Europe. Bathroom, wardrobe and a twin bed neatly fit into a space of 17 squaremeters. It becomes a little crowded after fitting in a travelling cot for my kid. But this is offset by the fact that everything is new.

I recently stayed at this hotel in the city center and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The location of this place is absolutely perfect, just off the main street. I really enjoyed how convenient it was to explore the city, as everything was within walking distance. The staff here were incredible, always available and efficient. They made sure that I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the air conditioning and the mini-bar, which added to my comfort.

I highly recommend this place to everyone. The service, location, and overall experience are simply outstanding.

Do not accept credit cards and information about available cash-machine not given. No information about the city / maps and other tourist information available in the "lobby" No restaurant and bar available. Offered breakfast served in the room (which was slightly bigger then the bed) with only one chair. The other person has to sit in the bed eating the very poor breakfast. (3 menues offered, you have to ask for every item separately)
